{Wordless Wednesday} #TreePoseTuesday

A couple weeks ago I started posting with #treeposetuesday every Tuesday @positivepracticeliving on Instagram. I thought it would be fun to start taking some yoga pictures. I like the idea of a weekly post because it captures you being who you are and where you are on that day. This proves that you can do yoga anytime and anywhere.

 The picture above shows me during a heavy writing day, complete with tea. Yoga is more than just a class you take once in a while, it is a lifestyle. Yoga is connecting with yourself and those around you. It is finding peace and balance in the chaos of life. That is why I am trying to include more yoga in my daily life, both on and off my mat.

  2. I loved Yoga, but wouldn't work with torn rotator cuff injury :-( but I still do a few things with no plank moves.

    1. I hear you. I pulled a muscle in my shoulder last year and it took me months to get back into my previous practice. Yoga is all about meeting yourself where you are. Take care of yourself! Thanks for stopping by!
